All products are subject to availability and some delays may occur. By shopping online with us at Thomas Goldsmiths you are accepting our terms and conditions.
We can offer a refund or an exchange if you are not fully satisfied with the product providing it is returned in perfect condition and has not been worn within 30 days of receipt.
Bespoke, customised or personalised engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If a ring has been resized we cannot offer refund or exchange.
When returning items we suggest using Special or Recorded delivery with Royal Mail. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
